Reverse Charge Mechanism - Service Tax

Hi Experts,

We want to apply "Reverse Charge Mechanism - Service Tax" patch(14492060) .We currently using 11.5.10.2 EBS and database version is 11.2.0.3.

We are following the doc id  1472532.1.

But this patch has seven Pre-requisite patches.In the Readme of the pre-requisite patch(12621124) contains below text.

1. If INDIA LOCALIZATION PROJECTS COSTING SOLUTION patch is

   already applied, then apply

   7501456 + 7518230 + 7551678 + 10339112 + 8894038 + 12560287

   + 9299769 + 9187345 + 10152565 + 8604827 + 9234416 as pre-requisite.

2. Otherwise apply 6167056 + 7522129 + 7518230 + 7614801 + 10339112 + 8894038 + 12332983

   9226356 + 9112171 + 10152565 + 8604827 + 9196790 as pre-requisite

NOTE: NEVER perform both the steps simultaneously

How to check "INDIA LOCALIZATION PROJECTS COSTING SOLUTION patch " is applied or not?

The pre-requisite patches also contains some pre-requisite patches.Is it compulsory apply all pre-requisite patches? Is there any alternate solution for this one?
