OSHA's Form 300

We went live with PS at the end of March and this is the first time the OSHA 300 has been run.  The Work Comp person has asked me why Column F has no data in it.  I'm trying to determine if this is a data entry issue with how incidents are being entered or some other problem.  I've looked through a few incidents to see if I can determine where the data would be entered but I'm not familiar with this component at all.

Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks in advance!
