Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Receiving an RTW from SIM

Hi,

From SIM, there is an option to either retun to a vendor or Warehouse.

If we create a return to WH, I am getting the below error. What is the reason for this and do we need to do any configuration for this ?

Error " Externally Generated Orders cannot be fully modified online. Do you want to enter in view mode with the ability to close ? "
