Mailing that Workflow Mailer Service Goes Down.

Hi.

I have setup mailing that  Workflow Mailer Service Goes Down. Every time when Mailer Service Goes Downsome email addresses received message.

In subject Oracle Workflow Mailer is down on MDM prod, please check

Text of the letter DEACTIVATED_SYSTEM.

I have no idea how it was implemented.

I did not find any jobs, or PACKAGE that may do that. There is also nothing in Oracle Application Manager (OAM) > System Alerts> Notifications Setup (How To Be Notified If The Workflow Mailer Service Goes Down? (Doc ID 1665995.1)).

So if you have any idea about my mroblem please tell me.
