R12 (12.1.3) How to bypass Load Balancer

With R12 (12.1.3)  configured with Hardware Load Balancer, I am not able to bypass and login directly to server1.

Created user and added profile options at user level

- Apps Servlet Agent

- Applications Web Agent

- ICX: Forms Launcher

- Application Framework Agent

- Applications JSP Agent

When I tried to bypass LBR using http://server1/*/AppsLocalLogin --> it keeps going back to https://LBR/* when username/password screen appears


select home_url from icx_parameters; shows  https://LBR/OA_HTML/AppsLogin
