How to configure Oracle SES for multiple PeopleSoft HCM Instance

I am setting up a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Development server, inside this box there will be 3 instance, DMO,DEV & UAT. Now I'm facing some issue with setting up SES for all 3 instance.

I know that Oracle SES can support multiple instance, however they don't provide guide on how to do it. I refer to document ID 1560981.1 but I can't seem to understand the instructions.

Can I have a much simpler & straight forward guide on setting this up? I am able to search from DMO but not in DEV & UAT.
