What are the best practises for Legacy to Oracle MOM v13.2 data migration?

I am working for an MOM implementation project and we need to plan data migration from Legacy(Mainframe,Excel,MS Access) to Oracle.Is there any script that Oracle provides?Is there any target data load format that Oracle provides?We dont want to write Macros in Excel to do this.So please help.
