Can we hide the plan elements value

in Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have many plan elements and it has it's own rules/role to calculate the numbers. Same time i need to hide/don't want to show the few plan elements values to all users. Only few/respected users should see that.  Can you suggest, how can we implement this?
