Can't view element details due to "insufficient privileges"
Hi All-
I've just taken over support of OIC and I can't get to the element details of one of our plans. I when I try to get open the detail, I receive a dead-end screen that says "
You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator. |
I've found no direct hits on My Oracle Support, nor anything that seems to refer to this. Is there some sort of role I need? Is anyone familiar with this issue and if so, I'd appreciate any guidance on how to move forward. Needless to say, my ability to diagnose issues is rather sharply curtailed by this limitation.
