Incorrect Strategy or Default Strategy is applied in Advanced Collection r12.1.3

Hi,

I am working on Advanced Collections module in R12.1.3. I am trying to check the strategy status of a particular customer "ABC Application Software" in vision instance and it is always getting defaulted to "Customer Catch-all Collections Strategy".

I have reviewed your previous posts and made necessary setup changes. So at the moment the setup is in following order:

Business Level 

• Organization wants to override Collection at Party Level : N
• Organization wants to define Collection levels for Operating Units : N
• Default Business Level : ACCOUNT
• Other Collections level for organization : ACCOUNT
• Enabled Business Levels:
  • CUSTOMER
  • ACCOUNT

Applicable Collections Running Level
