Pivot Grid - Drilldown To

I am using the delivered Pivot Grids (Time and Labor) in PeopleSoft 9.2 and when the chart or grid comes out with data, and when i click on any chunk of data, I do not get the option for "Detailed View" or "Drilldown To".  is there any setup to get this option?

take a look at the attached screenshot.

Also, when I click on the chart , the system does not get any data back, i.e. it keeps processing without responding back.
