Receiving TNS error when running Crystal reports through the PeopleSoft process scheduler on a windo

This is the error message in the log file posted in the process monitor.

Message Set Number: 200

Message Number: 0

Message Reason: File: SQL Access ManagerSQL error. Stmt #: 2  Error Position: 0  Return: 12514 - ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor  (200,0)

Message Reason: Invalid User ID and password for signon. (0,0)
