collector work assignment in Advanced Collections

We are a large non profit organization and we want to assign work to collectors based on the company number (SEGMENT1) of the delinquent transaction.

We are currently using Strategies at delinquency level.

Our operating unit has more then 50 company numbers (segment1). (1 ou with multiple company numbers (segmen1).

The current organization has a collector for one or more company numbers. The collectors are responsible for all delinquent transactions within their specific assigned companies.

How can we achieve this in Oracle Advanced Collections?

I can only assign collectors/collector groups to Customers.
