migrate from 10AS server with Single Sign on (SSO) to 11g Weblogic Server ...

We have 10g AS with Single Sign On (SSO) supporting Reports, Forms, etc. We need migrate to 11G weblogic and 11gR2 Forms service and all.   We are not sure about the SSO piece (how to integrate SSO into the 11g environment)  ?   Do we need Oracle Access Manager to accomplish this ?  Is it ncessary ?
