TNS-12637: Packet receive failed

Hi Guys,

we have following setting in listener.ora

STARTUP_WAIT_TIME_LISTENER = 0

CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENER = 10

In the SQLNET.ora have the following settings.

SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME = 5

we onserved issues like TNS-12637: Packet receive failed followed by TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out as well in Oracle<SID>.log.

On an average of daily having 40 to 50 times "TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out" error is written in oracle<SID>.log. But "TNS-12637: Packet receive failed followed" got till now 9 time these month and last month only 4 to 5 times alone.

For the above issue if we work with network admin is suffcient or else
