We just upgraded from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.53.14 this past weekend.

We are encountering issues with the App Server and cache.  I've opened the following SR with PeopleSoft:

SR 3-9502990911 : receiving error "Could not read shared cache PCM" for numerous pages

We recently upgraded from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.53.14.

Today, we are receiving the error:

"Could not read shared cache PCM" for numerous pages. If we keep clicking OK and re-navigate to the page it seems to work then. But need to know the solution to stop this from occurring.

What would be causing this? Is it a known issue? Workaround available?

Howdy, Stranger!
