Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Fulfillment Sent Method - Can we define our own Method for handling certain Dunning Stage?

Our aim is to not send the last one. Thus would need some other option (say Other) besides the Fax, Email and Print ones.

Because our last stage is not printed but handed over to an external collection agency.
