Mail Notification Failed for Workflow

Hi,

We have created an AME for Prospective Supplier registration Approval.Now, the approver is able to get normal notification in application but the email notification fails.

He is not able to receive mail.

Also when i run 'Resend Failed/Error Workflow Notifications' he gets the mail.

For the same user,mail notification from other workflows are being send.

I would be grateful if anyone helps me on this.
