tax mismatch after deletion of po line

We have a PO in which there were 14 lines and it has India localization taxes.

User has deleted a line in standard form and the associated line is deleted in the localization form.

However, the tax entry in jai_po_taxes is not deleted.

What could be the reason for the scenario?

Also, in such case is there any standard way of fixing this issue.

Please advise.
