Summary Notifications

Hi,

We have a need to send Summary Notifications as well as Individual notification emails. The system/user setting allows mail preference to be either SUMHTML or MAILHTM2. We need both for most of the users. What is the best way to achieve this? Possibly a procedure that queries open notifications and sends the email with links? Is this practical?
