Clearance definition/functionality in ReSA

Hello,

could you please explain:

1. how ReSA validates clearance?

with which RMS_PROMO_TYPE clearance will be inserted  to sa_tran_disc?

Should new code for clearance be added to code_detail table for Code_type='PRMT' (Promotion Types) or which codes in code_detail table?

How SALES_TYPE=Clearance is calculated and is there a way to introduce new SALES_TYPE-s?

How  Clearance refers to IDISC record in RTLOG  with component ID(clearance_id?!) and Promotion ID(?) ?
