Custom login page with language preference

in Identity Management (MOSC)

I have already created login.jsp custom login page with User name and password according to our requirement which functions well. And for Lanauage selection, we have radio button which in turn accepts value from user and pass it on to End application and based on which entire application works. The issue is, I am not able to pass locale selection value to the application via Oracle Access Manager 11g headers. 

 

Please guide on how to pass request header for language selection to the application with Single sign on enabled.
