Issue with SES in ELM 9.2 PT 8.54 image

In the ELM 9.2 image 5, with PTools 8.54, the SES installation is delivered with a search in error state.
So when you create new courses or update any, and run the catalog index, the index always fails. The error is that it is restarting a process that failed, due to it being in "executing" status.
There is a document that explains how to clear the error:

But to do the steps in the process you have to log into the SES admin console.
