9.1 to 9.2 Upgrade

Where can I find specific information about the new functionality that 9.2 provides coming from 9.1.

For instance:

Payables - Expands visibility of Global Location Numbers in the areas of supplier control data, supplier inquiry pages, and payments.....

Needing to know more specifics on what this means for Payables for us to make an educated decision if this is needed.
