Accounting not complete for receipts

I am facing issue wrt to GRR in purchasing in which the accounting for tax is not complete for custom and cess. in view accounting of receipts i can see accounting for other taxes but not for custom and cess, even though the taxes are applied on the receipt. IRTP is completing normal with message like
