nVision crashes when running layout on client and web Tools 8.53.11

We have an issue with nVision client crashing when attempting to run a layout after converting layouts from Office 2003 to Office 2007/2010 during Tools 8.53 upgrade. I checked and this layout runs just fine under Tools 8.50 but when trying to do so under Tools 8.53.11 it crashes the nvision with the following error - this is from Windows Log. I am also attaching the log from Process Scheduler that may shed some light. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We have an issue that some layouts that work under PeopleTools 8.50 cause nVision to crash under 8.53.11. I have tested this on the workstation and process scheduler. Please see the attached logs for more information. Here is the message from the workstation:
