PTools 8.52.09 command line issues

Has anybody experienced problems after upgrading to PTools 8.52.09 with PSAE and PSIDE command line randomly working?  They error out with memory allocation errors or they stay running infinitely 90% of the time.  Trying to run a "Test move to production" for my CRM application upgrade but the command line steps are failing.  The user name and password are correct.  Everything else works correctly.  I can login to App Designer, I can use Data Mover, etc  Just seems to be a problem with command line execution.

Any ideas as to what is wrong?
