Implementing the Oracle Financial for India - Need to know the impact to our current Oracle EBS R12

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are currently on Oracle release EBS R12(12.1.3) running GL, AR, AP, FA, PO. iProcurements, iExpense applications. We have a subsidiary organization in India. We would like to know If we can implement Oracle Financial application for India. We have the following questions:

1- Do we need a new Oracle license for Oracle Financial in India?

2- What will be the impact to our existing Oracle financial EBS application once we implement the

" Oracle Financial for India"?

3- Is this a simple implementation or we need Oracle consulting?
