Prospective supplier approval through mail

Hi ,

We have created an AME for Prospective Supplier registration Approval.We have configured both inbound as well as outbound mailer but still we are not able to get approval through mails.

Please let me know how to troubleshoot the issue.

I have checked wf_notification_in table.Data persist in this table.
