Refresh strategies

Hi

Our client requirement is that work items should be updated weekly.

Ex: In our strategy three work items are there. Irrespective of completion the items the next week all items should be appeared freshly, the old item values should be cleaned up.

I tried to run the strategy again, but old tasks are appearing.

Could you please help how to purge tasks, work items (all collections).
