how to use OIC: Reset Balances Each Year with commission recovery on the previous year

Hi,

I would like to understand if it is possible to set profile option OIC: Reset Balances Each Year to Yes and to run recalculation on the previous year.

I would like to provide you more details on my experience about this profile option and the impossibility to set it to YES and to run recalculation on the previous year.

Please let me know what is the best practice about it.

Steps to reproduce the issue on a TEST environment:

1. Set OIC: Reset Balances Each Year to Yes.

2. Calculate December 2014 Commissions for Salesperson A.

3. Pay December 2014 Commissions for Salesperson A.
