Multiple TDS Rates for the same Section Code

Hi,

Could anyone please let me know how to create two rates for the same TDS Section Code.

For instance as per the law Financial Year : 2013-2014, Sec 194(I) Rent - Land & Building, TDS is deducted at 10% and Rent - Plant & Machinery, TDS is deducted at 2%.

But the system does not allow to create multiple Thresholds for the same Vendor Type-Section Type-Section Code.

Please advise.
