Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I would like to understand if the following one is the expected behaviour:

1. Enable Incremental Calculation

2. Update a Rate Table rate and save your changes

3. OIC enter records in OIC_NOTIFY_LOG_ALL also for Closed PERIODS: I found entries with PERIOD_ID filled with closed period_id
