Upgrade PeopleTools 8.53 to 8.54.02--Task 1-6-8: Running the Microsoft Conversion Script failing

Hi,

We are upgrading our development environment from PT8.53.14 to 8.54.02. While running Task 1-6-8: Running the Microsoft Conversion Script, its failing. Many of tables are failing with following error

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'HR_RESPONSIBLE_ID', table 'xxxxx.dbo.PSYPERS_DATA_DEU'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

The statement has been terminated.

This script is failing due to having blank value in fields in some tables and temparory tables is not accepting null values.

Any one got such issue in their enviornment while upgrading to 8.54 ?
