Trying to upgrade a PeopleTools 8.53 to 8.54.02 and getting the error "The database is at release 8.

Getting the error "The database is at release 8.53.  The PeopleTools being run require databases at release 8.54.". My source database is EP92U008 from VirtualBox image. My target is an 8.53. Following the slides from the recent Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.54 (Tools Only Upgrade) webinar. Not sure how to put info in for the 8.53 target.This error is occurring at the Create of the "Select Target Database" step.
