How to track product costs like Freight, fees etc.... ?

Hi OIC Gurus,

Questions1:  How do you estimate Freight and other costs in the quoting process?

Question2:  Do anyone track all the company costs in OIC?  What is the best practice?  Is it better to track all the product costs in Quoting upfront or in OM?
