Procurement Contract

Hello,
We are using Oracle Sourcing module in E-biz  to create online RFQ .After the RFQ is completed we are going to create a contract.
Generally Contract will have following things :
1. Item / Service details
2. Item Specifications
3.Mile Stones
4.Various Clauses
5. Contract Amount
Contract number will be there to identify the contract
Contract should have a status like we have in Purchase Order.
Contract Will be approved online .
Based on the mile stone of the contract payment will be done in AP.

Which oracle process/module can be used to get these done.
