OIM 11gR2 Custom password policy - sequential characters

Hi All,

I have to make a custom password policy for our client and I am struggling with the below mentioned two rules

1. Cannot contain sequential character strings (e.g., abc or 123) or simple keyboard patterns (e.g. qwerty or qazwsx)

2. Acceptable special characters - ~ ! @ % ^ & * ( ) / : < > ?

Can anyone please provide me pointers on how to do this configuration.
