Switching from Dunning Plans to Strategies in Adv.Collections 12.1.3

Currently we are using Dunning plans to send dunning letters to the clients. We are switching to Strategies for better collections activity by mixing phone calls and  letter work items.

What are configurations that we need to make sure while switching to strategies?
