Cobol payroll process throws "No Application Server License available at COBDIR location:"

Hi,

We are getting the following error all of sudden in production when we run payroll process. This is unlimited licence how suddenly licence is not available.

/var/mfaslmf/nolicense[24]: /var/mfaslmf/USERLOG: Cannot create the specified file.

No Application Server License available at COBDIR location:

/hrmspsft21/install/cobol

0 system and 0 user license installed 0 in use
