open a file in peoplesoft portal without URL

Hello All,

Do we have any function to open a file in peoplesoft portal without an URL?

Example: if we open log file for a particular process in process scheduler, peoplesoft open this file via URL(Http). I dont want to open this file via URL.

I want this file to be opened without url. Can someone direct me how is it possible? any suggestions?

Any delivered function which i can use without url? should retrieve file from file system....
