Crystal error 2440: 1410468783: PSPAL::Abort: Unrecoverable exception received

I am trying to get Crystal 2008 to work with 8.54.02. PeopleSoft says it is certified, but i am still having trouble getting it to work.  I checked to make sure the CrystalEXEpath was correct, and it is.  Any thoughts?  I have included the log and trace below.
