SES 11.2.2.2.2 Automatic Startup After Server Reboot

I have SES 11.2.2.2 installed on a new server running Windows 2008r2 server.

When I reboot the SES server, I need to manually start the SES Weblogic and Admin servers using the SEARCHCTL RESTARTALL command.

Is there a way to automatically have WEBLogic and Admin start when a server is rebooted?

Symptoms I was experience after a SES Server reboot were:

Attempting to PING the Search Engine via the Search Instance Properties page in PS and getting an IB Exception - Host could not be found.

Attempting to logon to the SEARCH/ADMIN/INDEX.JSP url resulted in a WEB PAGE NOT FOUND message.
