Import salespersons from HRMS

would like to know the best method for importing employees to CRM as salesperson. For example ,I have 10K employees in HRMS and would like to import 5k employees in to CRM and mark them as salespersons , I would like to know if there is any automation rather than importing them manually. Please put in your thoughts
