Define Change package with CA8.54 fails with 'java.lang.execution: Error executing JDNI Call'....

Deployed HCM Image 8 successfully, uploaded target(PT8.53) details to Image , defined change package successfully in PUM PIA application.

In CA, when selected 'Define or create change package' and then chose the package name, clicking on next button gives the error .."java.lang.execution: Error executing JDNI Call". Screenshot is attached for reference.

Please suggest.
