3C Engine Population Selection does not load Comments

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

3C Engine Population Selection does not load Comments to COMM_COMMENTS when using the External File selection tool.

When running the Population Selection process with the Selection Tool of “External File”, the process does not load comments that are included with the external file .csv doc.

Process mapping is correct:

The Preview of selection results sows proper mapping and results.

When the 3C Engine process is run, Comments are not populated in COMM_COMMENTS.
