allocation login issue

Hi,

W are using allocation 13.2.5 in our development Environment . which was working fine

We refreshed the DEV allocation database from prod database  where there is no allocation installed .

After Database refresh from production .we are not able to login into the allocation application .

we are getting the error "Error 500--Internal Server Error" in the browser  after providing the username.

When i checked the alloc-server.out file .this error was there

SEVERE: The credential doesn't exist for the given key/userNameAlias(alloc13).
