CA 8.54 issues applying a change package

Hi,

Trying to apply the tax update 14d to a demo environment and when using Change assistant 8.54.01 using the apply change package option, i get a warning that "Target database not defined to the EMHUB, file deploy steps will be disabled".

I dont see anything on the HUB url except for the message "Peoplesoft environment management hub is running" and also on the viewer.html eventhough the viewer.xml has the environments.

Other thing i noticed in the change assistant job is i do not see the steps for building the project steps.

I have already followed the document 622874.1 to cleanup.
