Peoplesoft Tables which gets updated when creating a table

Hi,

I would like to have the list of Peoplesoft Tables which gets updated when i am creating a new record using Application Designer. For example, when i click new and create a record, insert the field and save the record, PSRECDEFN, PSRECFIELD will get updated with a new entry. Likewise i would like to know if any other Peoplesoft Table will updated on creating a new record using Application Designer.

Also, it will be of great help if you can provide me the significance of varous field available in PSRECDEFN and PSRECFIELD.
