Migrate ESSO-LM user Credentials

Does this still hold true for 11.1.2.2?

We are looking to Migrate from OneDomain to AnotherDomain.  Looking for Clear steps.

I see 3 things that need to be migrated,

the Edtended Schema,   The OU's and Templates   and then the User Credential container.

What is the best way to do this?
